mixed feelings About my Stay
street noise unsealed windows
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
the room was not properly insulated, i could hear street noise throughout the night. the windows did not seal completely, and this made it difficult to sleep. the maintenance worker made assurances but did not fix the issue.

A romantic getaway!

The reception was SOOO warm. I got icy poles and a water bottle on arrival. Level one offered complimentary coffee facilities and croissants. The outdoor area with ice was perfect for resting after a busy morning.
The room lacked a fridge. I wish it had one to keep drinks cold.

Rambla Gem, An excellent location!
central location friendly staff morning croissants
I appreciated the hotel's central location. It's close to restaurants and shops. La Rambla is just a five-minute walk, AND two metro stations are conveniently three to four minutes away. Staff members were very friendly. They always gave me a helping hand. The complimentary morning croissants were a nice touch, as well.
The rooms could use additional soundproofing, as street noise was noticeable at times.

Acceptable Location, Significant Room Issues
small room mold smell
The location was acceptable and within walking distance of many attractions.
The room size was very disappointing. I had booked a Standard Single Room, yet there was barely room to open my luggage (I had to do it on the bed!). Cleanliness was subpar with dust visible on the TV and shelves, there was a bad smell, too (I suspect mold, but who knows?).
